I'm a digital and content strategy leader known for scaling content teams, operations, and providing thought leadership. After studying to get into development, I took a role after graduation as a project manager, then made a logical transition to requirements development and product management. After getting an opportunity to shift to content management, I taught myself HTML and some light CSS, and spent a few years doing content implementation and publishing.

After identifying a need for better content and copy, a leadership opportunity presented itself which set me on the path to my last decade plus in a myriad of content strategy and design functions. I built the first Content Strategy team at AT&T and introduced new roles like Content Analyst and Content Engineer. I’ve led teams composed of combinations of the following disciplines UX Writing, Content Design, Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Content Analysis, Content Engineering, Research, and Data Analysis. In 2018, I co-led the creation of the A&T TechBuzz blog. More recently, I built an experience analysis team, implementing a 360-degree oversight function to monitor customer and employee experiences using platforms like Salesforce, Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Thunderhead, and others.
